Tahniah mama! 37 hari dah, almost there! Pantang ni memang penat jugak, tapi few of my mum friends kata the last few days tu yang paling terasa lama haha. Make sure you're still taking it easy, jangan rush habis pantang and overdo things, sebab postpartum recovery really does take time even after the restricted period ends. Once pantang is over, boleh slowly increase activities but listen to your body la, and enjoy your precious newborn moments! Congrats again on the smooth delivery
