Skin condition or issue?

Babygirl has reddish and peeling skin in her neck folds and behind her ears. How do i treat it? It happened 3 days ago when i use baby johnsons baby oil to clear like dirts etc. Her skin then became reddish, had spots and her skin peeling. It was only one time that i used that oil and i've stopped since. Help me 😭 #1stimemom #firstbaby

Looks like a rash/eczema. She may be allergic to the baby oil. Keep the area clean and apply moisturiser and wait for a few days. Stop her from scratching too to avoid infection.

Do keep apply moisturizer on affected areas and prevent your baby from scratching these areas.
