Pull up diaper pants

Hi, my baby is one year old and now she don’t like to lie down. I want to change to those pull up diaper pants but how do I apply diaper rash cream when she is standing up and wearing the pants?

tell her to bend down or lift her leg, otherwise have to get her to lie down, ask her to choose

some kids are like this. they are so independent.
