Baby not gaining weight at 3.5 months

My baby’s weight has been constant for 3 weeks, sometimes even lose about 100/200 grams. Pee and poop are as usual. Exclusive breastfeeding (both latch and bottle feed). Is this normal? Should I change to FM?
