My baby was having a fever @38.3. Gave her para and she fall aslp. But she woke up 4hrs lata with fever @39.5. Gave her iburufen. Temp drop to 39.1 after ard 30mins. She is active n playing. Should i bring to a & e or wait till morning. Tia
