Belly button bleed

Hi, my baby’s umbilical cord fell off about a week plus. After a few days, i noticed that her belly button has blood. Went on about 2 days, 3rd day theres no blood at all and the 4th day, theres blood again before i bathed her. She’s 3wks old now. Is it normal? Theres no redness/swelling & she doesnt seemed to fuss/be uncomfortable when i cleaned her belly button. Please help me out if i should go to the doc’s or is this a normal thing & just wait it out & let her belly button dry properly. Thank you so much!!!!

if have little blood and not heavy bleeding is normal mean not yet heal completely.probabaly in inner part where we can't see. need continue put alcohol swab for 1 week or 2 . if can't try not to touch the belly button except when you want dry it( dap dab only don't rub) or swab with alcohol. wait baby 3-4 months old only can try clean it( but not everyday.probaly 2 time a week) because belly button that time very sensitive. you may refer to doctor if worry

How is the bleeding like? If it stops in a few minutes then I will monitor for a few days. If it bleeds for 30 minutes or more then I will bring to the doctor asap. However, if you’re still worried, best to go to the doctor for a peace of mind!
