Ay oo, normal yan sa age na yan kasi parang transition phase siya towards independence pero hindi pa fully ready, kaya grumpy at clingy talaga, a few of us moms noticed the same thing sa aming toddlers around that age! Siguro nag-adjust lang din siya emotionally, or baka teething pa, or just tired lang talaga from all the learning. Pero kung parang unusual talaga ang behavior or may physical signs like fever or you're worried it's something else, better consult with your pediatrician para ma-check lang si baby properly.
