My baby is turning 6 months in a few days, she suddenly developed fever this morning. Refusing milk. Drank only about 10-20 ml each feed and been crying alot. Just realized she had this on hee gums. Is this teething or ulcers? 😭😭

Looks like teething but the front teeth should come out first. Try to massage baby’s gums.. or give her something to bite to relieve the pain.. 💪🏻
look like ulcer, monitor fever, bring to PD asap.
brought to the pd on the day itself. it's hfmd! 😓
