Baby milk intake drop

My baby is turning 1 year old soon. Recently 2 weeks realised he doesn't wan drink milk or drink finish ,but in ifc he ok. Wondering isit he prefer solid? I have given 1 full bowl solids per meal he finished. Milk drop from 150ml to 90ml ,dk also happen he got cold n flu. Isit due to sickness or just prefer solids? He also doesn't like cereal as much already
