my baby wont eat solid food she just spit everything out help

my baby just turned 6 months and we started solids last week. every time i give her puree she just push it out with her tongue or turn her head away. she still drink milk fine no problem there. is this normal? do i keep trying or wait a few more weeks? getting worried she not getting enough nutrients now

We went through this exact thing. What worked for us was switching from puree to letting her hold soft finger foods herself (baby-led weaning style) — she was way more interested when she controlled it. Try banana or steamed sweet potato strips.
