my baby wont eat solid food she just spit everything out help

my baby just turned 6 months and we started solids last week. every time i give her puree she just push it out with her tongue or turn her head away. she still drink milk fine no problem there. is this normal? do i keep trying or wait a few more weeks? getting worried she not getting enough nutrients now

Totally normal! That's called tongue-thrust reflex and a lot of babies still have it at 6 months. Keep offering small amounts once a day, don't force it, and it usually fades within a couple weeks. Milk is still her main nutrition source right now anyway.
