My baby turned 1 year old. If I wish to give him cow milk... Which one should I give.. full cream milk such as Dutch Lady or fresh milk?
I gave my girl both but I started with full cream milk and when I started drinking fresh milk (not HL milk) in front of her she wants it so I let her taste and she loves it too. So we give her full cream and fresh milk on alternate days.
fresh milk
