Red bumps. Pimple on scalp?

Baby is suddenly having red bumps and pimple on scalp.. no changes in shampoo, hair oil.. baby is currently 3 months plus. What should i do? Or itll go away naturally? Weather has been very humid lately.. could it be due to heat?
