Baby kerap berak

Eh normal je actuallyyyy, especially bila start solids! A few of my mum friends pun noticed the same, baby poop frequency boleh berubah when they begin eating. 7 months pula tu, digestive system dia still adapting dengan food baru, so 3 times a day is actually okay lah. Just make sure the consistency is soft (bukan keras macam constipation) and baby seems comfortable, no excessive crying or tummy issues, kalau semua okay, tak perlu khawatir! But if dia kelihatan uncomfortable or the poop jadi very loose/watery, best check with the paediatrician to make sure nothing else going on. Apa texture poop dia?
