Baby down with the flu

Hi.. my baby seems to aleays catch the flu.. she not even in school yet.. should i worry:( noe she has runny nose no fever.. # ##advicepls #1stimemom

Maybe you can try.. After every shower, clean her nose with a nasal aspirator or a cotton bud to gently wipe out the mucus. Don’t push it in. I don’t wash my baby’s hair for evening shower because we sleep in air con and medium fan. All of us sweat a lot. Wear clothes that don’t expose her to direct fan/air con. Apply balm at the soles of her feet, her chest, her tummy, her back. And also, try adding vitamin c into her diet.
