unexpected pregnancy 😭

Im not a good person to advice but i would be the same if i were to accidentally get pregnant even with a contraceptive. In all honesty, As i went thru csect and my recover was extremely horrible and my mental health is so bad till now, i told my husband at any point of time for the next 2 years if i accidentally get pregnant, i want to terminate it. I dont care what people say. I need to be mentally stable to take care of my current baby (6months). Easy for the husband to say a child is a blessing when they’re doing fine and not having the depression or blues. And theyre not the one that will go thru the pregnancy and birth. Do whats best for you and your body. And no if they say youre being irresponsible if youre terminating the pregnancy, youve been responsible enough to get a contraceptive.

When my sister found out her child was an accident, she did not bother to take care of herself during her pregnancy, she got sick often, even Covid. But the child in her was strong and growing constantly. then because they had a boy, this baby turned out to be a girl and so she kept it. sometimes parents can decide one thing but the fetus will decide another. It's your decision mama. Sometimes we can let nature take its course. Would advise to get helper when u have 2 children

while a child is a blessing, I would terminate too because this is unplanned and my body would not be ready for another pregnancy that soon. also I would not be able to enjoy my baby fully and would feel guilty for forcing her to "grow up" sooner. it's not your fault that the IUD failed. it's your body, your decision, your husband can say whatever he wants.

hugggsss that sounds like a really difficult position, would it help if you ask the gynae to refer u to a therapist to talk it out? not just for the pregnancy but also for the baby blues, we are as impt as our babies

Ask your husband what is he doing to do to comfort you. Are you the only caregiver to your child? If so, ask him to share equal responsibility, especially with the second child.

do only what you want to do. do not listen to others. if your husband can't take th3 fact your not ready , then that's another sign from the same god as well.
