My baby is only 26 days old today and i notice that after feeding spit up occurs, that is why he is hungry again. Is it ok to feed him up again right after spitting up?

no mommy...let him lay on your shoulder with your arms and hands..padighayin mo po. padede mo ulit po after 2hrs. and do it again.
