Moro reflex and started crying

Baby keeps waking up due to Moro reflex and cry like crazy. Should I pick her up everytime this happens or let her calm herself down. Baby is W3 now.

I swaddled tightly before putting down. That helped tremendously

    My baby doesn’t use air con either:) there are thin swaddles like the muslin type. Actually I also bought the zip kind of swaddles and they worked extremely well. Baby’s not sweaty at all
