Hi all my baby have this kind of patches on his leg and hand. What is this? Any solution for this?

Hi, so in the end how to cure it? I know it's old post but need help as my baby now having same issue

Make sure she hydrated , use less soap while shower, change shower gel brand, use moisturize lotion everytime after shower. Hope its help
