My baby have been poo ing so hard and black that she cried . What should I do to make her poo softer? Anything that can be eaten?

how old is your baby? If your baby have started solids, give her more fiber and water it helps in constipation. If baby haven't start solids, still on FM. i would dilute the FM a little to make it less heaty

Giver her more dhigh fiber food. Oats, bananas and prunes are good.

Prunes!

Prune juice!
