Baby has red bumps on cheeks. Is this allergy/rashes/bites? I got sudocrem but not sure whether to apply on baby face. Doesn't seem to be uncomfortable

These could be baby acnes, just apply moisturizer on the face after wiping with clean water, hope it helps (: cause that is what I did for my lo.
u can try to wipe baby face with wet cloth or even baby lotion as its the safest.
It seems like allergy or bites. I am not sure.
