Phlegm with yellow tinge.

Hi, my baby has been experiencing nasal congestion and has phlegms. Tried sterimar nasal spray yesterday, and she vomitted the phlegm out together with some yellowish coloured tinge which could be snots. Anyone experienced this before? Do share your experience or advice. Thank you.
