Baby got pigmentation and dark skin around nappy area? Any suggestions for cure and precautions?

My baby used to have a dark patch and pigmentation at her buttocks area. But that was 4 years ago. But the 2nd year,it fade away totally. Im not sure if its the same thing for you. If in doubt can always ask the doc or raise your concern during lo check up
