At 3 weeks, they still can’t differentiate day and night, but adults are usually trying to sleep so baby could be feeling insecure, hungry, uncomfortable, etc. Try ensuring that she’s well fed, diaper’s changed, and swaddle her tightly to let her feel secure

Yes it is normal for baby to cry at night, it maybe due to gas in the tummy. Try to use ru Yee oil after baby shower and give some biogaia probiotic drops which can get from pharmacy, I tried and it reduced my baby cry at night.

Has baby been crying non stop? Baby cries when hungry or having colic / scared/ wants to carry/ poo / running nose / coughs / flu etc

Maybe is colic.
