Baby drinking less milk

Aiyoh, I know that worry so well, my second one also went through a phase where she just refused to drink as much and I was stressing out checking every ounce! The tongue biting thing is a bit unusual lah, so I would really bring her to the paed soon just to rule out anything like tongue tie or other issues, because sometimes that can actually affect how baby latches or sucks on the bottle. Honestly what I thought would work (like changing teats, feeding more frequently) didn't always make a difference until the doctor spotted the real reason, so don't wait too long to get it checked out. You're doing great for monitoring so closely, mama!
