Training BLW , my 10month baby

My baby don’t chew on food she just put whole chunk inside her mouth and swallow, almost choke !! How do I teach her ?! #firsttimemom #pleasehelp

Give her a big piece of carrot or cucumber or brocolli which she cannot put the whole lot in her mouth. Babies will learn to grind and chew on them since they cant fit everything in their mouth. For babies who have yet to know how to chew, do not cut food into small pieces as they will tend to put everything in their mouth.
