baby does not call papa mama. 22 months old and still not talking except reading alphabets or numbers . Should i be worry

Your baby can read numbers and the alphabet already?? You seriously don’t need to worry ☺️ And someday, your little one will say Mama soooooo many times that you wish you had some peace 😂

Any updates on your child? What did the doctor say? Is it ok for a child to recognize numbers and alphabets before speaking and communicating with others?
