Crying in the middle of sleep

My 1 month old baby will cry out loud and look sad in the middle of sleep in the cradle, why? Nightmare?really?or scared?can't read her crying ..feel useless

Baby cry out loud for long? Hungry? Colic ? I will always put baby Beansprout pillow on her tummy area so won’t be scared also.

Maybe u carry her till she fall asleep back soundly then put her in bed again. Or you can bf her till she fall asleep . Sometimes babies may hungry after 1.5 hrs .
