My baby is crawling everywhere - how do u mums manage to be vigilant at all times and Ensure baby does not do something harmful?

I think that only way is to child proof the whole house and pack everything up which can be dangerous. I agree that this can be challenging if ur house has a lot of things to begin with. I put mine in the rocker or playpen and roll it to the kitchen - as i have an open kitchen concept. Just try to follow baby on other occasions as I don't really want to invest in the play-yard. Maybe u can consider baby wearing baby if u are doing chores or need to do something continuously for. Short time - consider back carrying the child. Sometimes they will enjoy it and even fall asleep in it from ur constant rocking motion. Putting baby in the high chair and giving some snacks or crayon and paper could be an idea too when u need to keep baby in one place for a long time. Another hack i saw was to put child in a open larger than him kind of card-board box so that hey can play/draw/color/drool anywhere in the box or play with the toys in anyhow fashion but its near them and confined space and easier to cleanup
