Constipation

Hi, my baby coming to 6 months old (on formula milk) has constipation quite often. What should I do to help my baby shit?

Prune puree! Actually my LO pooped immediately after the apple sauce puree too. Haha

    Did you make or buy the prune/applesauce purée? If you make, how did you do so? Is prune gentle enough for a 6 months old first food?
