Dream feeding

My baby boy is currently 3 months 19 days. I’ve read and heard about dream feeding but would like to know more from parents who have done it first hand. Currently on 100% formula milk. 1. How do I dream feed? 2. In the day when awake, my baby doesn’t take in milk when he’s not hungry or not his feeding time. Will my baby take in milk during dream feeding? 3. Any other advice?
