Baby's teeth taking v long and not fully erupted

My baby's bottom 2 teeth starts to show 3 weeks ago and till now it's not fully sprouted. What's the norm? Should I be concerned?

May take up to 2 mths or more for a full eruption, vary in timing for every child so yes it's perfectly normal!
