Baby been sleeping with us since newborn till now (7mo)... Is it possible to train him to sleep on his own if i were to get babycot for him? Or any other suggestion? Just not mattress on the floor ??

Yes it can. Maybe you can try the treatment like turn all the lights off in the room so the baby feels more convertable
