Red Rashes

Baby is almost 3 months and recently baby has this look like rashes on his chest and mouth area. Any solution to get it off?

is ur baby having alot of drooling? my gal also have red rashes when she has alot of saliva and has to keep on using bib to dry them and has to make sure that the formula milk around her mouth area has to be cleaned after feeding.
