My baby is 7 months old now, already have 4 teeth. Not eating any solid food only asking for milk 24/7. But having diarrhea badly. What can i do She is not eating or drinking water only wants milk. This diarrhea started after her teeth grows

I can’t advise on the diarrhoea but it’s okay for her to only have milk before 1 year old. (Below 1 year old, milk should be their main food. After 1, solids will be their main food.)
