White ulcer on baby’s gum

My baby is 7 months old and has this little white ulcer or cyst on her gum. I googled and it is likely Epstein pearls but it has been there for about 2 months. May I know if any of your babies have this and is it if any concern? :(

Oh don't worry too much, mama! Epstein pearls are actually super common, someone in my mum group mentioned that they affect something like 60 to 85% of babies, so your little one is definitely not alone in this. They're harmless little white or slightly yellowish cysts on the gum line or roof of the mouth, and they usually go away on their own without any treatment needed. The key thing is they should look smooth and round, if it ever looks blotchy or has a red ring around it, that's when you'd want to get it checked out more urgently. Since yours has been there two months already, it's still worth mentioning to your PD at the next visit just to get that peace of mind!
