need to check if solid food causing constipation.. best to check is using 4days rule. try avocado and P fruits, eg pear, peach, pear, plum puree.

maybe he drink just a little of water. if he doesn't like water, give as frequent as possible even just a little. and you can try papaya, dragon fruit or avocado

if he is consuming fm, you may give him some fruits. papaya/dragon fruit/orange/kiwi.

Try to give sweet potato.. it contain lots of fibre so can help baby’s digestion well.. my baby poop a lot after sweet potato meal..
