Help! Newborn severe eczema

Question

Hi, my baby is 5 weeks old and he has severe eczema on his both cheeks, neck and on chest, started on week 1. Dr said if not cure by age 4, it can continue to adulthood. I have tried so many creams, baths, moisturizers... what do I do?
