baby first teeth

My baby is 5 months old and his first tooth just erupted..can i know how do you guys normally clean your baby's teeth? Do I have to buy tooth paste and baby toothbrush?

Tooth/ oral wipes for luxury. If not clothes with boiled water for budget.
