Baby fever

Hi, my baby is 5 months old. She is feeling a bit warmer than usual. What temperature is it considered fever for babies? Is sponging alone enough to cool her down?

37.6-37.9 is considered low grade fever, while 38 and above is considered fever. 38.6 and above is considered high fever. I would give paracetamol if baby has a fever, and bring baby to see a doctor if the fever doesn’t come down.
