baby cant lift up head when doing pull to sit

Baby 4months alr but cant lift up head when i tried to pull up with his both hands. Any mummies face this prob for ur LO?

Do more tummy time, need him to train their neck strength. And carry upright and support their neck. Can let baby tummy time on u 1st and slowly stand up while support his neck.
