Teething/Discomfort

Our Baby is 4 Months Old Today. These 2 weeks, she would cry on and off loud and sound miserable during night time before sleep. Just wondering is it high chance of discomfort from growing teeth at this stage? If yes what options do we have to solve teething discomfort? We observe that baby would suck her fist or hand the whole day, during day and night time.
