Baby won't sleep unless latch

Baby is 4-5months old. She wakes up often at night and only go to sleep when i latch her. Any tips to make her fall back asleep by herself?

Try to give pacifier and pat her to sleep! If she continues to fuss/cry then no choice have to latch.

Are you giving pacifier? Pacifier can help the baby to soothe herself back to sleep.
