Lifting heads

My baby is 3mths , turning 4mths on 3rd Feb .. She sometimes doesnt want to lie on her back ... Is it okay if we sit her up with our hand supporting her chest or maybe sit her up with her back against our chest ..? She likes to lift her head up too also ..

I wouldn’t encourage to sit her up now. I would recommend lots of tummy time aka lying on stomach which will help strengthen her neck, leg and back muscles. This will help with rolling in future too.
