What is the right month to start supplementary food

My baby is 3 months old and she is so curious in knowing the taste v eat.. every one is simply allowing her to lick the taste of sweets but I’m worried and want to know wat is the right Tim to start supplementary feeding

it is best to start food for baby post 6 months... till then only breast feeding is good..
