At 3 months fully formula fed, 3-4 kali sehari is actually quite normal lah, some babies poop more, some less, depending on their digestion. Tapi kalau baby seems comfortable, not constipated or having diarrhea, and gaining weight okay, likely dia just doing fine with the formula! A few of us mums found that timing and how baby poop looks matters more than the number itself, if it's not too hard or too loose, biasanya semua bagus je. Tapi if you're worried the formula tak serasi (like baby bloated, cramping, or poop berubah jadi green/mucousy suddenly), best to check with your pediatrician to rule out any sensitivity, okay?
