Babys Poop

My baby is 2weeks plus.. Recently Shes been having hard stool like this, at times her poop will be just 1 small ball, eveb when she try to push her stool is quite hard due to hard poop.. Isit normal? Or because of her formula milk that is not suitable for her anymore? Shes taking dumex dulac for now. Please help!
