my baby is 16days old. nanny gave my baby pacifier, how can i avoid when she is away? i dont want to let my baby have pacifier.

Just tell her straight that you don’t want baby to use pacifier. Else, just throw the pacifier away. Because if the mother says no, they should respect that.
