When can start eating outside food?

Hi, my baby is 16 months. Our elderly parents asking when can feed him pau etc. How old u let ur lo eat? Normally I gave baby food n homecook

After a year you can slowly n steadily introduce outside food but ensure ur choosing healthy options 🙂
