soap in baby's eyes

my baby is 1 year old and recently a tiny amount of soap got into his right eye. a little bit swollen due to constant rubbing and crying. already flush out with water and constantly putting wetcloth over his eye. should i worry?

Should be fine after flushing with water . Would you like to consider changing the soap to prevent such occurrences again? Usually shouldn’t sting when it gets into LO’s eyes
